A Great Place To Start
Chansi Gong
Chansi(Silk Reeling) Gong is one of the foundational practices in the Hunyuan Taiji(Tai Chi) System that trains the body to move as one continuous, spiraling unit driven from the dantian. Through coordinated rotation of the waist, spine, and joints it cultivates integrated fascia elasticity, internal power, and smooth circulation of Qi through the whole body.
This 3 video series covers the Chansi Gong set in more depth than our Chansi Gong/Taiji series
The First in our Taichi Series
Chansi Gong + Taichi
In this series we begin each class with Chansi Gong and then move into the Hunyuan Essential 24 Form.
The Hunyuan Essential 24 Form is a entry-level form designed to introduce students to the proper mechanics of internal movement. We learn to turn the waist, empty/fill, open/close, fold/unfold, central equilibrium, and the simple circle. This practice sets students up properly to begin to develop the Silk Reeling Energy and spiraling movements that are characteristic of the (Chen)Hunyuan Taiji System.
Second in our Taichi Series
Hunyuan Gong + Taichi
This 3 part series is from the second month of us covering the Hunyuan Essential 24 Form.
In this series we begin each class with Hunyuan Gong and then move into the Hunyuan Essential 24 Form.
Hunyuan Gong is the foundational practice of the Hunyuan system, cultivating whole-body unity through breath, movement, and awareness while establishing the internal conditions for Daoist internal alchemy. Qigong forms the root and training foundation—the scales of practice—while Tai Chi is the flower and the song that grows from it.

Third in our Taichi Series
Fangsong Gong + Taichi
In this 4 video series we start with Fang Song Gong. The practice of releasing into suppleness. These simple but deep movements dissolve unnecessary tension and restore natural connection in the body. An excellent practice for developing "through-ness" and the ability to sink the qi. Find structure without effort, softness without collapse, and a calm, clear state of awareness.
We then continue learning the Hunyuan Essential 24 Form. This is the 3rd month of that practice.
Special Trainings
Explore this rare and deeply nourishing practice
Dao Yin Self Massage
Reng Qi Teng Mo Dao Yin An Mo Fa
This three-week private immersion is an invitation into the refined art of Daoist self-cultivation. Presented in a depth and clarity rarely found in modern online training. These classical teachings are seldom transmitted in this format, and even more rare to have lifetime access for continued refinement.
Through classical Dao Yin self-massage methods, you will learn to harmonize Qi, awaken the fascial meridian pathways, and restore elegant internal flow throughout the body. Each session weaves breath, intention, and precise manual technique into a deeply restorative internal practice.
This is subtle work. Sophisticated work.
The art of clearing stagnation before it becomes disorder.
The cultivation of sensitivity before force is ever required.
Rather than chasing symptoms, we nourish the root —
reestablishing circulation, vitality, and internal coherence from within.
A practice of refinement.
A return to embodied intelligence.
A direct transmission of nourishing life.
Go Deep Into The World of Daoism
Daoist Cosmology + Dao Yin Self Massage
This four-hour immersive workshop is an invitation into the classical architecture of Daoist cosmology — the living principles that govern the body, nature, and the unfolding of life itself.
We will explore the foundational frameworks of Yin–Yang theory and Five-Element theory, not as abstract philosophy, but as directly embodied realities. These are the internal laws that shape movement, healing, resilience, and transformation.
Integrated throughout the workshop are refined Dao Yin self-massage methods drawn from Reng Qi Teng Mo Dao Yin An Mo Fa — practices designed to harmonize Qi, clear fascial meridians, and restore structural and energetic coherence.
This is not information for curiosity.
It is cosmology applied to the body.
You will leave with:
• A working understanding of Yin–Yang as a functional internal dynamic
• A refined grasp of Five-Element cycles within physiology and psyche
• Direct self-massage methods to clear stagnation and nourish vitality
• A deeper relationship to the internal principles of Nourishing Life
These teachings are rarely presented in a format that unites classical cosmology with modern anatomical clarity. This workshop offers both.
An experience of refinement.
A transmission of principle.
A return to the architecture of life.
This four-hour immersion reflects years of disciplined study, clinical application, and lived cultivation. What is offered here is not conceptual philosophy, but embodied cosmology — transmitted in a format that unites classical Daoist principle with direct somatic experience.
Rather than a passive lecture, this workshop provides a refined framework you can apply immediately to your body, your practice, and your understanding of internal transformation.
You are not simply attending a workshop.
You are gaining:
• A working model of Yin–Yang as a functional internal dynamic
• Practical Five-Element insight applied to physiology and psyche
• Direct Dao Yin methods to harmonize Qi and clear fascial pathways
• A foundational lens through which all future cultivation can be understood
The value is not measured in hours.
It is measured in clarity — and in the depth of principle you carry forward long after the workshop concludes.
