Tuesdays from 6-7:30pm. Class is online only.  This is an opportunity for Taiji Students to drop in more fully and deeply with  Qigong: Taoist Internal Alchemy. We will alternate through Hunyuan Qigong, Chansi Gong, Stick and Ruler Gong, and Five Animal Frolics.
